Returns are a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy, offering the option of exchange, replacement, and/or refund. Please note:
This policy is divided into three parts. Kindly read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.

Note: The return window begins from the date of delivery.
Part 2 – Returns Pick-Up and Processing
If you wish to return item(s) from a different address, the address change is permitted only if pick-up service is available at the new location.
During pick-up, the field executive will inspect the product based on the following criteria:

IMEI / Name / Image / Brand / Serial Number / Article Number / Barcode must match the order. MRP tag must be intact and clearly visible. |

Complete Product |
All in-box accessories (e.g., remote control, starter kits, manuals, chargers, headphones), freebies, and combo items must be included. |

Unused Product |
Product must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and free from stains. Quality check seals, return tags, and warranty seals must be untampered. |

For electronics, screen lock and iCloud lock must be disabled. |
|

Undamaged Product |
No physical damage allowed. SIM trays, charging ports, headphone jacks, back panels, etc., must be intact and free from scratches, dents, tears, or holes. |
|
Undamaged Packaging |
Original product packaging/box must be undamaged and in good condition. |
If any of the above conditions are not met, the field executive will refuse to accept the return.
